COVID-19 Protocols
last updated December 2022

YOUR DENTAL CARE TEAM takes our patients' health and the health of our community very seriously.  Please see below details of our COVID-19 protocols currently in place when you visit.

Before your appointment:

  • We will continue to screen all our patients for flu-like symptoms and/or contact with confirmed COVID-19 cases.

  • We will continue to maintain the highest standard of infection control measures

  • We have rearranged our waiting room to enable social distancing and removed all cushions and magazines

  • We will increase the frequency of disinfection and wiping of hard surfaces in common areas.

On the day of your appointment:

  • We encourage all patients to use the hand sanitisers provided when entering and exiting our surgery.

  • We will limit the number of patients (and those accompanying the patient) in the waiting room and inside each surgery.

  • We will provide all patients with a pre-procedural rinse to reduce bacterial and viral content to minimise transmission.

  • We will continue using rubber dam isolation for procedures where possible.

We are working hard to get in touch with some of you who we’ve previously had to reschedule due to COVID-19 restrictions.  Please give us a call on 8756 5740 or book online if you need to make an appointment.

We will continue to monitor the situation based on current advice from the Australian Government and health authorities. Your safety and the safety of our community has been and continues to be our team’s utmost priority.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding during this time.

If you have any questions regarding the above, please feel free to call us or send us an email.

To keep everyone safe, we encourage all our patients to wear a face mask in the waiting room.  We will also continue our existing Covid protocols.
Please do not attend your appointment if you have
any flu-like symptoms.

Give us a call and we will be happy to help you reschedule.
